Daily sweep time

Every day at this time, Invosis checks for overdue and upcoming invoices and sends reminder emails automatically.

Remind X days before due date

Clients receive a "due soon" email this many days before their invoice is due.

Reminder cooldown (days)

ℹ How cooldown works

After sending a reminder, Invosis waits this many days before sending another one for the same invoice.
Example with cooldown = 3 days:

Aug 7 "Due Soon" email sent

→ Aug 8, 9 skipped (cooldown not expired)

Aug 10 Due date passes → "Overdue" email sent

→ Aug 11, 12 skipped

Aug 13 "Overdue" email sent again (3 days passed)

Set to a higher number to send fewer reminders, lower to send more frequently.

Email Settings (Gmail / SMTP)

When configured, Invosis will automatically email clients when you mark an invoice as Sent, and send reminder emails for overdue & due-soon invoices — no n8n required.

Gmail users: Use your Gmail address as the username and generate an App Password (requires 2FA). Do not use your regular Gmail password.
